July 28 is quickly approaching, and it will be a summer Friday evening like you have never celebrated at Christ Church Parish! Ice Cream, and multiple varieties of it, will be served with sprinkles, chocolate or caramel syrup, and dollops of whipped cream! Add to that culinary temptation music by Clayton Neal and his associate and you have a starlit sky and stars on the grounds. Yes, folks 28 July is our ice cream social brimming with games, raffles, cakes, and prizes. The critical thing to remember (aside from a ban on frowns) is your folding lawn chairs. Please bring your own seating as we will not have the heavy fold-up chairs from the Parish Hall on the lawn. The festivities begin at 5:30 pm and run until 7:30 p.m. Two hours of music and entertainment and a full tummy. Paradise Found. We need volunteers to serve, park cars, carry chairs, set up the tent, and take down the tent.
