On November 11th, the Fellowship Committee is hosting a Veterans Day luncheon for Veterans across Middlesex County and beyond. A hot lunch will be shared with all registered participants who served in our country’s military.
The acclaimed author Ms. Heath Lee, who gives a valiant overview of her book, The League of Wives, and the wives’ role in affecting change in the prisoner policies of the Vietnam war. The book focuses on creating and implementing policies to bring home United States aviators shot down over Vietnam and all service men and women held in captivity.
No matter how many years have passed, the visible close bonds shared in the military are always visible to the beholder. Milewide smiles crowned this event.
